Staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. Facility appeared new. Setup and amenities were environmentally friendly which was a big plus. Location was in a hotel/office park area convenient to the airport but not much else.

I travelled with my 12 years old son, we booked a two queen beds room, when we checked in, we have been told there is only king bed rooms left, since we didn’t book it through their site directly instead of a third party (like Expedia), so they cannot guarantee we would get what we booked! We didn’t have any other choice so we accepted it! When we got to the room, we had internet login issue, my son tried to call the front desk, no one picked up the phone with many times trying! This was a terrible experience I had with this hotel and an unpleasant excuse I never heard before from the hotel! I highly recommend staying away with this hotel!
