Pontos altos: quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis e alimentação com qualidade e variedade excepcional. Pontos baixos: Alguns atendentes mal humorados e que se recusaram a atender solicitações ou atenderam visivelmente contrariados, em um outro dia, houve demora na reposiçao de sabonete e toalhas. Outro ponto que não gostamos muito foi o fato de que é preciso se deslocar...

They then took over 3 hours, multiple and multiple back and forks before I finally had to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of a solution before they finally made us change rooms to a triple. Otherwise the staff were all pleasant and respectful, the two restaurants had solid food, the WiFi was reliable for the most part, and the room...
