Excellent location. The hotel is in terrible shape. It needs to be renovated. Until then, I do not recomend it to anyone.

The location is great, the overall experience with the hotel was good. Had to be moved from room as the first room had the bathroom sink dirty and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was great. The ac unit was leaking a little bit of water.

Deixa muito a desejar.
O atendimento da recepção realmente deixa a desejar.O quarto não parece com o da imagem, cama bamba , quase caio da cama pq a parte de baixo e bem menor que o colchao, se virar muito pro pado cai. local deteriorado. Solicitei uma manta pois no quarto só havia 1 lençol fino, me disseram que já tinha acabado , que tem que pedir cedo...Toalhas parece pano de chão encardidas, fedorentas, lencol de cama ate mancha de sangue tinha, nao lavam o banheiro...O cheiro de mofo é forte... O café da manhã é bom, as mocas que servem o cafe são atenciosas, sempre me davam agua quente para o chá. Localização é excelente, o preço pelas condições nao compensa. Atendimento ruim., algumas atendentes são ignorantes, grossas. Obs.: Saimos para um passeio que voltaria as 17h para o hotel, após nosso checkout as 12h, a atendene me ligando para dizer que queria desocupar para limpar o quarto, sendo que nossas coisas ainda estavam no quarto. E nos cobrou um valor acima do que pagamos pela diaria por 6 horas fora do tempo de check-out. Nao recomendo a hospedagem.

Hotel bem localizado porém com péssimas toalhas. Quarto renovado porém com porta com tranca ruim de manusear. Banheiro somente com sabonete, não fornece shampoo nem condicionador. Elevadores sujos. Da pra ficar se for por pouco tempo. Café da manhã bom

O hotel tem uma localização incrível, em frente à praia da Paciência. Fica muito perto de vários bares e restaurantes. Os quartos são espaçosos, café da manhã com várias opções e muito bem servido. Infelizmente, o banheiro do quarto estava com cheiro de mofo., e o papel higiênico poderia ter uma melhor qualidade. O hotel disponibiliza apenas sabonete. Seria ótimo se no quarto também tivesse tomada perto da cama e mesa de cabeceira. O ar condicionado e o frigobar funcionam super bem! A televisão dispõe de poucos canais abertos, e você pode logar na sua Netflix. O que deixou a desejar foi a roupa de cama/banho, e a limpeza diária, que no primeiro dia não foi feita de manhã. As toalhas e lençóis precisam ser trocados urgentemente. Se atentar que a troca da roupa de cama e banho é feita de 2/2 dias. Durante o dia tem uma garrafa térmica com cafezinho, e há microondas à disposição dos hóspedes. O atendimento na recepção é ótimo! Profissionais atenciosos e gentis. No local você pode reservar vários passeios.

O hotel é super bem localizado, de facil acesso e com estacionamento (pago a parte). Porém é um hotel antigo e sem manutenção. Por ser um hotel de rede, esperava que estivesse em melhores condições. A roupa de cama e toalhas estão desgastadas e a instalação do quarto precisa de manutenção básica. O hotel esta bem descuidado. Uma pena.

Um pulgueiro, pessimo!
Nao se enganem com as fotos. É um pulgueiro. Não sei de onde vem a avaliação que eles tem. Que lugar mal cuidado, apesar de ter a melhor localização, parece um lugar abandonado, roupa de cama e toalhas totalmente encardidas, não é só amareladas, é encardida mesmo, camas duras e desconfortáveis, travesseiros destruídos, zero conforto. O café da manhã que eles oferecem é bem básico e pouco diverso. No domingo nem mesmo talher tinha, serviram descartáveis. Tivemos que implorar por um cobertor pois só tinha o lençol, e a TV só pega um canal, lâmpadas queimadas, os banheiros fedem e são mal lavados, pedimos pra trocar de quarto 3 vezes porque não tinha a opção de cancelar a reserva, fora isso, ainda tem a manutenção externa, todas as janelas são sujas e os elevadores parecem que vão desabar a qualquer momento. Só decepção.
