O atendimento foi bom,gosto do Hotel. Fui em 2020,e esse ano vi algumas melhoras,isso foi bom,espero que continuem evoluindo. Pessoal do Bar da Piscina, dá uma atenção melhor aos clientes,pode ser que precise de mais atendentes.

Bom hotel, com algumas reformas em andamento, mas que em nada atrapalharam a estadia. Piscina boa e limpa junto à praia, opção de quartos literalmente pé na areia, roupa de cama limpa e banheiro com pressão adequada de água quente. Boa área de lazer gratuita, com sinuca, pebolim e tênis de mesa. Café da manhã faltou alguma variedade, mas não se pode falar que foi ruim. Pizzaria dentro do hotel permite bom jantar sem necessitar deslocar ao centrinho. Certamente umas das melhores opções de hospedagem em Arembepe.

Precisando melhorar muito as ocomodacoes

Estadia boa ,mas no quarto , televisão não pegava , trocaram pra outro quarto ar condicionado ruim, não gelava e no final da noite deu um estouro e parou ficamos 2 dias sem ar condicionado,café precisa melhorar muito,poucas opções e todos os dias as mesmas coisas.Ja fomos pra la mais de 9 vezes pra lá e sempre essas mesmas questões

Falta pouco para ser otimo

Hotel tem um incrível potencial,mas falta saber explorar,as acomodações são normais,nada de luxo,o bar é o ponto forte, atendimento incrível,todos muitos solícitos,o responsável está se parabéns,o chef Crispim merece aplauso por seu trabalho,o pessoal da recepção,tanto no check in como check out , maravilhosos. Basta ter visão e saber explorar que tem tudo para ser uma referência em hospedagem na Bahia. Criar vínculos com funcionários,valorizar sua mão de obra,pois são eles que bem valorizados,fazem questão de vestir a camisa do hotel,investir mais em sustentabilidade,em acomodações,fazer melhorias na fachada dos prédios,no ar condicionado,disponibilizar mais lixeiras. Não menos importante o café da manhã,que apesar da pouca variedade,está de parabéns pelo tempero e com a boa vontade em atender algumas demandas. Por hora só. Pretendo voltar em Abril ou Maio,basta Deus permitir, e espero ver as coisas melhorando,o seu potencial sendo explorado.

Instalações velhas, mal conservada, cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado não refrigerou, roupa cama cheiro de usada. Café da manhã razoável. O hotel fica numa excelente praia, mas não vale a pena / custo benefício.

O hotel está em reforma. Estará bem melhor daqui um tempo. A vista é maravilhosa do quarto . E a praia é boa para banho. Bem calmo o lugar. A piscina tem excelente vista também, para quem curte. Minha ressalva é em relação as camas. Tem camas que já não estão boas p uso. Colchão afundado. Sugiro a troca para que o cliente tenha uma boa noite de sono. Que no meu caso foi prontamente atendido e melhorado.
