I enjoyed my stay here. From the moment you enter the staff is amicable and help you with anything you need, e.g. taxi, bar, restaurant appointment. The room I got was on the ground floor and it had an area to go outside. The whole place was quiet and lovely. They also have bikes to rent and and an area to ride them alongside the river. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and one beside it, it is about 15 from the Venice airport but overall it was enjoyable.

A 5 star hotel. Very nice and very elegant. Far from San Marcos but they have a shuttle that takes you there and back every 30 minutes for free.

Lovely hotel situated moments away from St Marks Square. The location really is perfect This is my second stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff warm and welcoming and super efficient. Good variety and choice with regards to the breakfast buffet. I had contacted the hotel by e mail in advance of our stay to ensure our room had 2 single beds as I was sharing with my son. I had a reply within a day to acknowledge my request and at check in it was again confirmed. When we arrived our room was set up as requested. A small thing but a reflection on how well the hotel is run.
