We reached the hotel well before our check in time but were able to get our room early. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything we had to see was walkable, including the train station, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend the hotel to any visitors to Salzburg.

The people working at this hotel really make this hotel. They were friendly, polite, and professional. Our room was clean and the breakfast had a wide selection of food which was nice. It is roughly a 10-15 minute walk to the pedestrian shopping zone, and another 10-15 minute walk to the Altstadt. You can take a bus or taxi if you rather ride than walk. The hotel does have a secure parking garage if you are driving. We drove and walked into Salzburg from the hotel and found both options fairly easy. The walk wasn’t bad and parking was easy everywhere we went. The hotel was nice but the bedding and towels were just okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would consider staying here again.

Yay. A comfortable armchair plus a table to work - with a good chair. Room spacious and very well lit. Good storage Very pleasant and helpful staff - both housekeeping and reception. Definitely warrants a return visit.

This establishment was great. It’s within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and also extremely close to the main train station. Staff was amazing and graciously helpful. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to travel in the Salzburg area.

Good place to stay
The location was good as you have got a station for public transportation and supermarkets nearby. Also we like bit of space for desk area. There was no balcony but was a wide step in front of window so it gave us extra space to sit or put our luggage. And there is an hotel pad which we can watch Youtube or listen to music from.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and numerous restaurants. There was a small gym and an incredible sauna which we used daily. Our only complaint was that our rooms air conditioning was not functioning and our window opened to a very noisy and busy street. The food was fantastic. They offered a bountiful buffet breakfast. The staff were amazing

Not close to any of the main attractions. Dirty marks on walls. I had to change rooms as the first room had terrible curtains that did not completely cover the window so the neon lights from the BP and the Nightclub next door shone through all the gaps so i couldn't sleep. I complained at 7am and returned at 3pm to find they had not bothered to look into it in those 8 hours.
