Beautiful rooms , wonderful breakfast , friendly and helpful staff and terrific location. Certainly one of the best hotels that we have stayed in during this trip. If we return to Salzburg in near future , we would definitely stay at the Hyperion again .

The staff at check in were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very well appointed, rooms spacious and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was delightful! Only reason for 4 rather than 5 star is the very disappointing dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

Lication: Perfect. A short walk from the train station and a shirt walk to the old town. Very quiet and convenient. Hotel: Nice histiric building that has been renovated. Has a nice longe. Room: Very clean and quiet. Rooms have been renovated with all conveniences neceassary for a short to medium length stay. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. I would atay here again.

Pleasant hotel in great location, however, the executive/club room was underwhelming and food options were not labelled for people with allergies. The room cleaning was minimal at best - we had a dirty plate let in our room (from the welcome gift/chocolates) for 3 days. The reception and bar staff were great.

Great spot

Excellent hotel very close to all the main attractions. Very modern yet they have kept the beauty of the original building. Nice breakfast and free mini-bar, plus a glass of Prosecco at check-in was a big hit. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when in Salzburg.

Everything about this Hotel is perfect. I had a very pleasant stay in Salzburg because of this hotel. I was very comfortable staying in a place that is clean, safe, quiet and so close to everything, especially the Mirabellgarten (literally across the street). There are a plethora of restaurants and cafes nearby. Above all, it was the staff members who made this stay at the hotel worthwhile. They are very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to restaurants and what places to visit in Salzburg. They are very accommodating (i.e., making reservations at restaurants and offering to call transportation). I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Customer service is 100 percent!
