I really enjoyed this place. We were three adults….the couch that opened up was very comfy. The large bed in bedroom was big and super comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Even a shoe horn! We did our laundry downstairs….so appreciated being able to do that.

We had a blast while staying for four nights in a one bedroom apartment. The beds were really confortable, it was clean, modern, the location was perfect, 15 min walk to the train station and to the old town, communication with the management flawless.

This is a newly renovated property, bathroom is spacious. Nice to have a kitchen. Windows open. Bedding is comfortable. Close to Mirabel Gardens and walkable to the Old Town.

So happy with my choice to stay here. The location is amazing. Easy to walk around and lots of bus lines are just around the hotel. The bed and comforter are so comfortable, really have a great nights of sleep. The amenities (kitchen supplies) are good. The shampoo, conditioner and soaps also smelled really pleasant. I highly recommend this place!

These apartments are in a good location, not too far from the station and right near Mirabella gardens ( which has a fancy indoor pool). The old city is only 10 mins walk away. The apartments are well kitted out with kitchen equipment normally not provided, paper towels etc. There is a nespresso machine. We had a room on the busy street and the windows were quite soundproofed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom functional. We had a compact one bedroom which is meant to be able to sleep 4. Let me tell you it would be very uncomfortable with four, we were three people (parents and child) and once the sofa bed is extended there is no floor space left for luggage or a table/chairs. So although there is quite a functional kitchen there is nowhere to sit and eat hot food. They provide only a small coffee table. Also they have a weird WhatsApp system that is the only way you can get your access/room code. For us this didn't work at all resulting in us having to wait on the street, and then wait inside while the maintenance person emailled headquarters to get the code, which was wrong and needed to be set again. If you arrived after hours and couldn't get the code or forgot it you'd be locked out on the street. Note to management if you are going to persist with this stupid system - the WhatsApp people really need to check that customers have received their code, i.e if no response then send a message through alternative channel e.g. booking app or via email

masterMirabell is close to Mirabell Gardens and there are restaurants and a grocery nearby. If you want to take a hop on hop off bus tour the starting point is an easy walk down the road. Old town is also nearby (across the river).

There is nothing we didn’t like about this property, the apartment was in excellent/new condition. The location was fabulous! If you’re visiting Salzburg, the Master Mirabell is a perfect choice. We stayed in the studio apartment which had a balcony, absolutely perfect for 2!

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the self check-in, but I was pleasantly surprised. All communication was prompt and clear. The room was spacious and clean. Good value for what I paid. It’s a short distance to old town and literally just next to the Mirabel Gardens. I arrived by plane and left by train. Both were super simple. A quick bus ride on the #2 bus from the airport brought me directly to the hotel. Then just a short 10-minute walk to the train station when I left.

We were kept informed from booking right up to our stay. So communication was superb. We arrived by train and it was a short 10 minute walk down the same street to the apartment block. Had no issues gaining access. We were greeted by a host on our arrival. To the old town it was a good 10 to 15 minute walk. There are buses literally outside that will take you to the airport and the Red Bull Hanger 7. Very impressed

Well equipped, with modern facilities, the apartment is convenient for transport (train, bus, tourist coaches) and minutes from tourist sights. The old town is about 10 minutes walk.
