"Quando vi o hotel para reservar não vi em nenhum local que era dividido em 3 prédios. Fiquei em um dos anexos, 400 m do prédio principal, num local bem longe da beira do lago. Ao todo 3 lances de escada, sem elevador, para chegar ao meu quarto. Tenho artritis nos dois joelhos, e solicitei outro quarto no andar térreo, mas dizeram que não havia disponibilidade. "We visited Halstatt over the Christmas holiday and fell in love with this gem of a town. While it is a bit overrun with tourists at this time of year, Halstatt Hideaway is set above the hustle and bustle and always offered a quiet escape. "I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. "Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation. "

"Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question."
