"A nice lil’ getaway for my husband and I. We loved the private room and personal pool! The bed is VERY comfortable! Thankfully we had a sunny week so room 3 worked great for a sunny swim! Facilities were excellent and there was even a Samsung washing machine on the terrace.The communal pool was a really good size for serious swimming and nice and shady.Good communication with Annie the owner. Chas provided great communication via WhatsApp and even provided some recommendations. If I did have one suggestion, it would be to add the electricity allowance to the listing so any potential additional costs are known at the time of booking but this would not stop me from recommending this...

"We had a wonderful six day stay in this condo with a lovely view. We had spent the previous 2.5 weeks in Pattaya and came over on the passenger ferry. The ferry terminal is a short 5-10 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped and was handy to a number of nice local restaurants/bars, convenience stores and a wat. "This home was well located for a pleasant stay at the beach. It was clean and spacious and had all the supplies we could need. We loved that it was in a slightly quieter part of town, yet there were still many great restaurants to eat at within walking distance, the beach was very close, and a taxi stand was not far away to plan a few excursions. "The gated community was secure and well managed. Although I never felt unsafe at any time. The property is a little quirky to what I was used to. Plenty of shades space. Loved the outside TV and of course the pool. As a couple we only used a fraction the facilities. I didn't find a hairdryer which my wife would have liked. There are shops and restaurants nearby.15mins on a scooter gets you into the tourist area. Which we preferred to keep at arms reach. 2 weeks of peaceful bliss. Aahhh!"

"This place is REALLY close to the beach. If you want to stay in a bigger rental villa with access to the beach, it's only a 5 minute walk. Additionally, there are some good places to eat nearby as well not to mention the big night markets located just a 8-10 minute drive away. The owner was willing to accommodate my family with three kids along with my sister-in-laws family with 5 kids. The house easily fit all of us. The owner also prepared a baby bed for my youngest which was perfect....
