The surroundings were quaint, and the property, the staff, the food, and the beach were all incredible. We travel extensively, and this was a place we will return to for leisure and a 5-star respite any time! If you are looking for partying -- don't come here. I recently stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Samana and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel boasts one of the most spectacular beaches we've ever visited, with stunning views and crystal-clear waters. Without a doubt, we would love to return and stay here again!

I like the cleanliness of the property but most of all the staffs in all areas from reception to lifeguards. Everyone go out of their way to provide good services. Special mention to Berma from recepción and Nurkey from the Spa. The buffet could add more variety menus for improvement. The Olas restaurant menu was vey good. Good job everyone.

Small hotel, right on the street so street noice is loud, they are under construction with very loud noice, food was very limited when we got there because the main dinning area was also close under construction, our room had musty smell, everything is old and it needs updating. We were there only for 20 minutes because we checked out and now they refuse to refund our money. I will have to dispute the charges with our credit card company if they continue to refund the charges, Expedia try to get the money back without any luck but I feel they don’t do enough.
Plate with only a tiny amount of meat, lots of fries and rice, they are not providing almost no protein

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the beautiful property. The grounds were well-maintained, and the beachfront location made for a relaxing getaway. My wife and I especially enjoyed spending time on the beach and appreciating the scenic surroundings. The food at the hotel was okay, but we found better dining options in the nearby town. Despite that, our overall experience was very enjoyable, and we would consider returning in the future.
