Located only 5 minutes away from Playa Sámara and 450 meters walk from Puerto Carrillo, known as one of the top 5 nicest beaches in Costa Rica. The condo is in a secure complex with 24/7 security. Enjoy a peaceful retreat minutes away from the bustle of Samara. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and nightlife!

Enjoy an early morning coffee at the open balcony with a beautiful lush tropical garden view, if you are lucky a howler monkey will be passing by to bright your day.

The space:
The condo is in a secure complex with 24/7 security.
This newly renovated condo offers 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. Both rooms have dressers and a large closet. The living area is open-concept and includes a sofa bed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy strong wifi connection of Fiber optic 100mgb ,a fully stocked kitchen, A/C as well as a washer/dryer. The large balcony has a beautiful view of the lush tropical garden and the pool. Secure parking is also available.

Playa Carrillo is a must daily walk and swimming.The time flew by quickly but have quality family memories.You’ll need at least 2 weeks to enjoy different beaches,rain forest & local nightlife.
