Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. "The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

"The Caro & Selig Tergensee is a lovely hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms with broad balconies, great restaurant, coffee bar, and roof top bar. The Spa has wonderful complimentary Sauna, Steam and guest pool. Staff are efficient, accommodating and friendly. Easy walking distance to town shops and off-site restaurants. What’s not to like!"

"This property is in a very picturesque location right on the water. Many people have weddings here and I can see why. The rooms were spacious and modern with a large bathroom/shower. The breakfast was great with a large selection of lunch meats, cheeses, eggs, breads coffees and teas. "
