"Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . "This is a wonderful house, with a really enchanting main room and private outdoor area. It is amazingly relaxing, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach, with several beaches another few minutes away. A very nice week away from everyday concerns."

"We had a lovely holiday in John’s villa. Everything was comfortable, from beds to pillows to lovely kitchen platters/ glasses etc. beautifully decorated and a lovely lady Nevilla to come and help clear up. "Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available or unlocked whilst we were there, I only realised this on my return and was why we had to have two people share who probably would have not wanted to - I should have raised this but in my holiday haze didn't realise and would have had no doubt this would have been accommodated by the lovely owner - just a point for if you're visiting to note. Directions to the property from the main road could be a little clearer too as took a while to find it and there are two Villa Bella Vistas in the Porto Heli area, this one on google maps. The art and the pool are the stars of the show, you the vibe here was really relaxed and I'd definitely stay again. "

"This property is beyond gorgeous. Views are phenomenal (talk about sunrise and sunset views). The staff were always welcoming and polite, and especially patient as we traveled with small children and grandparents who needed some mobility support. I hope they are able to modify the parking arrangements, as the hotel is on the side of the mountain, where parking requires you to get close to the edges (not for the faint hearted). This would not stop me from going back, just something to know. I would also mention that this property requires a bit of walking to get around. Currently they only offered breakfast, so you do have to think about either food shopping or going out/ordering in. They do have a restaurant that will deliver to the hotel, and it was not expensive at all (was very good food). The rooms were unbelievable. Very comfortable beds, showers, and air conditioning. The pools were wonderful and very clean; it was great to have a kids pool that was shallow so everyone could enjoy themselves. A big thanks to Michael who helped shuttle us to and from our rooms when we checked in & out! I definitely would recommend this property for an off-the-tourist path of an experience of Greece."
