Staff were very polite and efficient. The booked breakfast was brilliant.The room I booked was a DELUXE BALCONY LAKEVIEW. On arrival was told we had an upgrade :-( No view of lake, balcony was extremely small and looked out onto dwellings not a lovely lake view. Bedroom was a lot smaller a squeeze to navigate end of bed certainly inferior to one booked. Shower drain was blocked and bathroom extractor fan did not work. Balcony was very small and had plastic furniture on balcony, not padded chairs and plenty of room and a lake view as the room I had booked. I used EXPEDIA to book the room but time allowed to leave feedback for them has expired, have only been back less than a day !!!!!
Shame we ended up with a down grade.
Spoilt a 42nd aniversary.

Tastoria was the perfect short weekend getaway. We loved their breakfast options and everything was great. It is a boutique luxury hotel and had everything that we would need. We celebrated our anniversary there and they made it truly special with really nice decorations in our room and a cute little cake.
