Attractive setting, helpful and efficient staff. Located near a good choice of shops and restaurants.
Mattresses too soft for me, pillows to “springy” felt as though they were filled with cut up foam. Sun loungers did not have cushions which made them difficult sit on for extended periods.

The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees.
Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes.
The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class.
Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

"Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield"

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. "Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor of the hotel was bright and airy. The food choice was excellent at all meals times and the all inclusive package provided just what we wanted. The staff to a person were friendly helpful and welcoming"
