"Me encantó el lugar. Muy bonito todo y las de recepción fueron muy amables. Lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio del restaurante. Éramos 2-3 familias y la mesera se tardó mucho en atendernos. También pedí room service para mi hijo que se enfermó y el firmó cuando llegó por que me encontraba afuera y me cobraron dos tragos de liquor que yo no ordené. Yo creeo que fue aproposito por que la que me contestó tenía una actitud muy fea. "

"Clean place, staff and service excellent, I like that we were able to do our laundry, the nice coffee every morning. Close to the beach and restaurants easy to get taxis. Safe place for tourists. "

"Very nice property modern large clean rooms. From what I saw was nicest property in town. One draw back that was out of the hotel’s control is the towns lack of potable water. You could not drink the water and the town had a constant smell of open sewer. Beach’s were offf the chart gorgeous and the people were very friendly and helpful throughout the experience at the hotel and the town."

"Great location, and excellent staff It was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the airport and I felt safe even though it was nighttime. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, and seemed to be at the edge of all the main city attractions, but far enough away to be quiet on a Saturday night. The room was essentially what I expected, but the window went to the hallway so it might as well have not had a window at all (standard room option)"

"Excellent place to stay in san andres. Location was great! They just renovated so everything is perfectly clean and new. The only downside for me was the shower. We never got hot water. The explain we need it to let the water run for a while but nothing. Also the water presure on the shower was very low. Other than that Highly recommended. The huge plus was you not only can leave your suitcases there if you have later flight but they aslo have shower on the side so you can enjoy the beach a...
