The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by. The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels. All in all, Grand Sirenis is truly one of the best (if not the best) hotel in San Andrés. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Very cute updated hotel. Space is small and no windows in bedrooms but it’s nice for overnight. Only thing is that you can hear every whisper from the hallways, doors opening/shutting etc. "
