"Our recent stay at PIC Saipan was memorable! Although the property itself shows signs of age, the bathroom in our room was renovated, which was a nice touch and made the stay very comfortable. The hotel offers a ton of activities and amenities within the property, from a water park to a beach bar, BBQ spot, and even a gift shop with snacks and drinks. "This property is old and needs some serious tender loving care. The property grounds need to be manicured, because grass was knee-high. The front desk is only manned from 11am-4pm, and when checking out from your room during non-operating hours, there isn't a dropbox for your hotel key (an actual key, not a key card), which required me to find a safe location behind their unmanned front desk, to leave my room key."
