We were first assigned a room on the 2md floor. The whole floor smelled musty. Moreover, the pull out couch in the room we were in (#206) had mold in it, and the trim was coming off the baseboards. We asked for a different room and was assigned one on the first floor. This room was fine, other than the fact that we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned everyday. Also, the breakfast was somewhat lacking in variety, the eggs were always cold and one of the waffle makers didn’t work quite right. The ice machine on the second floor was out of order, as well as the bathrooms in the lobby area.

I rather not review than to leave a bad one, but this place was beyond horrible. Just walking in (from a 6 hr drive) i told the front desk guy i have a reservation but could i use the RR quickly, and he said no he needed to find my reservation first. Rooms and hallway stink. Mold at crown moldings. mold in the elevators. Tile missing and broken in my room's bathroom. My toilet clogged after i was gone all day and they told me to go downstairs to get the plunger. Breakfast time...was told to look at the paper on the counter that you can take food up to my room. Lasthousekeeping was dropping towels off but then opened the bathroom door which i had closed while i was straightening my hair. reached Infront of me and took the towel that was Infront of me which i was using. Never been so unpleased at any hotel.

The neighborhood is unsafe, the room was very dirty, there were holes in the wall, the bathroom was so dirty. I cancelled my stay a day early because it was so bad.

This was a terrible hotel and I don’t recommend it to anyone. When my friend and I arrived the room had an awful odor and the door to the room would not shut properly. When we addressed these issues with the staff at the front desk he apologized and checked us out 15mins after arriving. And the manager is refusing to refund us.

The only satisfactory things was the front desk clerk and the fact that our sleep was quite good and the bed were comfortable. Aside from that, we were greeted by an awful smell of wet floors in the hallway, and worse in the room. There was an even more horrid smell in the restroom and both the restroom walls/ceiling and parts throughout the room including the bed skirting had visible mold. After contacting the from desk they offered another room (right across the hall) which was actually way better, surprisingly. I appreciated the fact that i was offered a full refund of i wasn't satisfied with the new room. I did not appreciate the maintenance man who said mold in restrooms is normal and thought spraying lysol in the air and wiping surfaces with bleach right in front of us would suffice and ease our minds to keep the original room.
