The shower temperature knob operates the opposite, cold = hot and hot = cold (We're planning to repair this issue ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience!). Please allow some time for hot water to reach the shower since it is an older home and the water heater is located outside in the detached shed

Please don’t be alarmed by the empty chicken coop in the backyard. We were raising 4 hens while we were living here.

Clean up after yourselves, place any moved items back to the original location, and please set AC to 77 or heat to 68.

Recycle - Properly recycle items, please discard recyclable items loosely inside the bin and not in trash bags. There are more details on the lid inside of the bin. I get fined by the city if we don't recycle properly.

Lock property every time you are out.
