Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! From the car valet service(Dawin) to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff at Dorregos you can’t find a nicer place to stay on the Riverwalk! If you can have dinner on their beautiful patio overlooking the river,perfect for an anniversary trip! The hotel was also decorated all up for Christmas and smelled awesome!

Disliked not having a microwave to heat the leftovers from their restaurant. Disliked that the mini fridge was broken and all beverages were hot so I was unable to enjoy it. Disliked that on top of this they can’t accommodate guests with free parking.

Absolutely horrible experience with this hotel. They sent us an email we could upgrade our room so we did upgrade it to a room with a balcony. It turns out we treated ourselves to a room with so much street noise it was impossible to sleep there. Loud cars all night long. Honking, loud music. I had a marathon the next day and it took me 3 hours to fall asleep (I am not a person who has trouble with sleep). The room check in was DELAYED 2 HOURS. They kept apologizing but that didn’t really change anything. When I asked where was the parking I was told to use the valet. I asked if it was an extra charge and I got a vague “I wouldn’t have to check your reservation” and finally nothing. Later on I was charged $55 for a valet!!!! We also got charged for a late check out even if we were forced to a late check in. I would never stay at this hotel again.
