The hotel is conveniently located off I-10, but it's better to get off one exit earlier in order not to miss the entry. The room is very clean. I read some earlier reviews about cockroaches and had to guess it might be some malicious reviews left by the competitors. The breakfast is great with omelet, sausage, waffle, yogurt, etc. We booked two rooms and was given two rooms that have doors between them. The facility in this hotel is quite new. Nearby there are many restaurants.

Nice, comfortable stay. Good breakfast. Beds were super comfortable. Location was good for our purposes. Other than a TV remote that needed new batteries, no issues. We would stay here again.

5-star accommodation at a great price!!!

This property is fantastic! The staff members were all friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and included items such as cereal, milk, juice, waffles, bread, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. I will be returning on future trips.

You pay what you get. It was quiet and sketchy at the same time. No hot water. We paid $60. You cant be took picky. Staff was nice

Room seems newly painted. Bathroom was ok. A little unclean and the water only gets lukewarm. The bedding had a musky smell to it but can be ignored. Service is great. Check in was quick and easy.

Room was alright. Bed is beyond stiff, it was basically a slab of concrete. Room had zero trash cans or trash bags. Luckily I had a an extra bag to store trash in. Staff was nice though

The entrance location is next to the merging of I10 exit and frontage road. You have to be careful at this merging. Lots of speeding cars here. Room is clean with decent breakfast. Unfortunately you can hear the noise from I-10.

Check in was good. Room had a strange unpleasant smell upon check-in but appeared clean. Had to call front desk to get the TV working properly. Room was very humid, hung clothes felt almost damp in the morning. Coffee pot was NOT CLEANED after previous guest. Coffee grounds in water tank. Ran 5 cups clean water and still couldnt get it clean Opted for no coffee.

San Antonio Stay

The rooms were good, clean comfortable beds. Management at desk was friendly and provided great service. Cleaning personnel did a great job maintaining cleanliness in rooms. Showers/ tub and toilet are dated but funcional. Breakfast did not have a variety; only two cold cereal and waffles,coffee, orange and apple juice. Had a small fridge but limited to only a couple (2-4) yogurts, no toast, no pastries or bagel. They could do much better in that area.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Remote wouldn’t work with tv. Toilet clogged after first use, but there was a plunger in the bathroom. No problems after that. Breakfast selection dismal. When we got there, everything was gone.

Cold and Noisy

Walls are thin and the highway is very loud outside the door, so it will not be quiet. The room was okay for the price, but the air system would not heat up. It would only blow cold air, so I had no heating. My room was the same temperature as outside, around 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit each night. I slept wearing socks and a jacket and was lucky to get to sleep. On the first night, staff told me they would send maintenance in the morning. Maintenance never came so the next day I told the staff again and they told me nothing. My room was never warm during my stay.

When we arrived room was okay. Then we found out the door did not lock and all you had to do to get in is literally push it and it would open. Had to be moved to another room. The new room's door did lock but the toilet leaked water each time you flushed it. I had to constantly ask the girl from maintenance to give me new towels, and had to ask her to please take out the trash as they wouldn't do it while I was gone. Also, they did not change the sheets and blankets let alone did they do the beds. It does have a cocoroach problem. We saw at least 4 during our stay. The day before we left all power went out but I guess that wasn't the hotels fault it was the city. We did enjoy the pool and the location is very calm. Not the most terrible experience but not the greatest either. The price all in all isn't horrible. But they really should pay more attention to maintenance on the rooms.
