It’s a great place to stay. The onsite restaurants are amazing. Brandon the manager of the restaurants made sure our dining experience was amazing each evening. The wild boar pasta at Nonna is a must. The second floor is kind of weird if you are older or immobile because you have to go up and down stairs with your baggage. There are some nice open balconies with panoramic views of downtown. Parking is easy. Only 2 drawbacks are construction on the outside streets starts at 8 AM. Also no workout facilities but easy running trails on the river are wide open and enjoyable. The hotel and the rooms are so nice. A total steal of a deal.

I stayed at the hotel for my wedding weekend, and Emily was always so helpful. Unfortunately, the parking attendant on Friday night was rude, and although I speak Spanish, there was still some miscommunication. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I stayed 5 nights. Staff could make guests feel more welcomed. Only a couple of the staff acknowledged and smiled at you when walking in the door. Almost every day there was something missed by housekeeping like leaving wash cloths, or replacing Kleenex. Other than that the room was clean. Bed was very comfortable! And nice large rooms.

Chic!! Tthis is one of the cutest hotels I have ever stayed in. The decor and finishing were so amazing, it felt like a European hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the River Walk, and a short walk to the convention center. There is currently a lot of construction in the area which was noisy at times. Overall a wonderful and comfortable stay!
