Quan at the front desk did an amazing job with helping me get checked in. He advised me on how to get the best price for my stay and has an outstanding personality. My stay was not bad at all. Easy check-in,room was like a mini apartment (had stove top,fridge,micro, etc.. Very quiet and really close to shopping centers and restaurants.

I loved the fact that they offered a floor dedicated to those who smoke. The room had plenty of space as well as the bathroom which i loved. The only thing was the shower did not have hot water.

Decent place to stay

The hotel is old but actually very comfortable. Recommend staying on the top floor to avoid any insects from the local area. This hotel is near construction so plan smart when traveling. Recommend you ask for extra towels if staying more than a day. Overall, clean and affordability is cheap

This was a need when I got sick driving home. The room was extremely nice, considering price I paid. Can’t remember his name but the check in person (who lived in Seattle previously) was extremely nice & welcoming. I also have a service dog & I LOVE they had a magnet to display. Definitely would recommend. Better than expected when you’re on a tight budget.

The stay was ok.. if your looking for a clean affordable place to sleep and shower then this is the place . But Bring your own toilet paper. There was only one roll for 3 people and 3 night stay.. SMH .. I asked for 2 rolls and they said they don't give out Toilet paper.. so I had to drive to Target to buy some. Other then that the morning staff was nice and helpful.

Everyone was great. There was not 1 person with a negative attitude at this location. I have stayed at other hotels where there is 1 employee with a negative attitude. That was not the case at the WoodSpring Suites.

The front desk clerk was really nice, that’s about all I can say was good about my stay. The place was roach infested and whoever the house keepers are needs to be fired due to the lack of cleaning. My bed sheets were dirty and the tub was dirty. The place was a last minute choice trust me I will never stay there again.

The room was clean. My main complaint is that the hallways and especially the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. There also was not a luggage cart available. Other than that, it was clean, I felt safe with my kids, and the kitchenette looked good, although we only used the fridge. Beware that the hotel can be difficult to get to, especially with the insane amount of construction that is currently going on in the area (both 1604 and 35).

Budget Friendly

The room was clean but it smelled like cigarettes. Mind you it was very budget friendly and it had a little stove and sink. Maps and Google Maps were terrible to follow during the night. Maybe a sign on the side of the highway would help us get to it faster. I literally went around four times to find entrance to road going to hotel. Room was clean, air conditioner worked, and we slept well. It wasn't a noisy hotel.
