Our home places you in the heart of San Antonio. Staying at our home means that you are only minutes away from downtown San Antonio with all its history and distinct culture. We are surrounded by almost every San Antonio attraction to include: Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta, Wonderland of the Americas and the San Antonio Aquarium and the San Antonio Zoo. We are a short drive away from both military bases and two golf courses. Feel free to visit our wonderful city knowing your Oasis awaits!
San Antonio as a whole is a diverse city with many local experiences to be enjoyed. Our quaint neighborhood is the embodiment of that diversity. Our well established neighborhood is quiet and home to many families and friendly neighbors. If you're not used to this type of environment, city living and associated noises, our home may not be suitable for you.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. San Antonio is a vibrant city full of culture, diversity and history. Our home positions you perfectly to enjoy it all. Start by visiting the Alamo mission which is probably our top tourist attraction, then venture over to the River walk which meanders through the Downtown area, is the city's second-most-visited attraction, giving it the additional nickname of "River City".
San Antonio is also home to several commercial amusement parks, including Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Splashdown and Morgan’s Wonderland, a theme park for children with special needs. Kiddie Park, featuring old-fashioned amusement rides for children, was established in 1925, and is the oldest children's amusement park in the U.S.
The city is home to one of the largest concentrations of military bases in the U.S., and has been nicknamed Military City, USA. The city is home to several active military installations: Lackland Air Force Base, Brooke Army Medical Center, Randolph Air Force Base, and Fort Sam Houston.

Check-in instructions will be texted to the phone of the booking party and sent via the booking platform a day or two prior to your arrival.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
