"La habitación estaba sucia por falta de limpieza además de falla de mantenimiento...las toallas percudidas y en mal estado...las sábanas rasgadas...la alberca fuera de servicio...las instalaciones del hotel en mal estado por falta de mantenimiento...lo único que salva es Raquel la encargada, por su amabilidad y simpatía... Definitivamente no es un lugar recomendable sobre todo para las personas con discapacidad porque aunque presenten las habitaciones en planta baja, tal como lo solicité, no es...

"We stayed for two nights and liked the fact that towels, bedding and housekeeping were changed and cleaned on a request basis only. Also, the restaurant next door had great drinks."

"This older property is still attractive, although slightly run down. The rooms have character with high ceilings and traditional wood furniture. We were comfortable. The shower was great with good water pressure and very hot water. The pool was very pretty, but looked too murky for swimming. (We later drove up the road to enjoy a nice restaurant with a swimming pool.) Coffee and pastries were provided. The location is excellent. It was reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"La propiedad fue muy difícil de encontrar. La dirección que dan no funciona. Me dieron por whatsapp un pin de locación y esa funcionó para llegar. Al ser dados la habitación estaba sucia. El baño tenía pelos y orín en el inodoro, no había agua caliente y el cuarto hace mucho calor, con solo un ventilador pequeño. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y curtidas. Contacte a expedía y los dueños no le contestan a expedía para responder. Fue una mal estadía "

"We stayed one night while visiting Malinalco and Chalma and it was just right for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Area was quiet as it was away from the center of town. One thing to be aware of is that you have a bit of an uphill walk from the center of town to the hotel. Would stay here again!"
