"It is not the hotel's fault that I rated my stay less than excellent in its entirety. When I arrived at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, I was told that they were without power and that So. Cal. Edison had told them that power would be restored at or shortly after 9 p.m. To the hotel's credit, they offered to allow me to cancel without charge. Since my wife and I were taking friends to dinner that night, I assumed we would not be returning until after 9, so we took the chance and agreed...

"Property was generally clean without complaints. However carpeting around elevators was worn and disco. Kitchen sink disposal was working. In room furniture could use some attention. However generally the stay was a positive experience."

"Electric fixture loose and almost exposed in bathroom. Water took a good time to heat up in bath tub and water pressure was very very bad just trickling out of faucet. Took about 30 minutes for it to fill a small portion of tub up. It’s late and I have to wake up early for a procedure in the morning at the nearby hospital. So was disappointed about not getting a hot bath. "
