A única qualidade do hotel é a localização. Quarto pequeno. Banheiro sem box separando a área de banho. Ao tomar banho, o chão do banheiro inteiro fica cheio de água. Ao invés de resolverem, deixam um rodo para você se virar. Café da manhã péssimo. Não há opções salgadas, poucas frutas e os biscoitos e o café é horrível. Há melhores opções com o mesmo preço em Bariloche.

Great location! You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and tour groups will pick you up from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful! A lot of the staff we spoke to knew English or was patient with our limited Spanish. The breakfast buffet was really good, although I do wish it opened a little earlier. We had early tours a bunch of days and did not get a lot of time to eat before we left. The room was very comfortable and clean, although maybe a bit worn looking in some areas. The heat wouldn't turn off in our room which made it uncomfortably warm at night. Our room was on the second floor and the noise from the street outside was too loud for us to keep the windows open. The Wi-Fi was out when we first arrived, but it was fixed quickly and worked well the rest of our trip. The hotel stored our bags after we checked out as we had an evening flight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it!

Nice and clean
I had to stay in Bariloche because there was a problem with my flight to Ushuaia, and despite the high rates because of the season (everywhere else was equal or higher) it was a really nice stay for two nights, nice dinner and nice breakfast. Well located and clean.

A experiência no geral foi boa. A localização do hotel é excelente, conseguiámos fazer tudo a pé, bons restaurantes próximo. Pontos a serem melhorados: Café da manhã é servido as mesmas opções todos os dias e pouca variedade, então, para aqueles hóspedes que ficam mais de três dias fica "cansativo" todos os dias com as mesmas opções. Outro ponto: No nosso banheiro havia um rodo, pois a água do banho nao escorre pelo ralo, após o banho precisávamos puxar a água.
