Great location! You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and tour groups will pick you up from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful! A lot of the staff we spoke to knew English or was patient with our limited Spanish. The breakfast buffet was really good, although I do wish it opened a little earlier. We had early tours a bunch of days and did not get a lot of time to eat before we left. The room was very comfortable and clean, although maybe a bit worn looking in some areas. The heat wouldn't turn off in our room which made it uncomfortably warm at night. Our room was on the second floor and the noise from the street outside was too loud for us to keep the windows open. The Wi-Fi was out when we first arrived, but it was fixed quickly and worked well the rest of our trip. The hotel stored our bags after we checked out as we had an evening flight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it!

Nice and clean
I had to stay in Bariloche because there was a problem with my flight to Ushuaia, and despite the high rates because of the season (everywhere else was equal or higher) it was a really nice stay for two nights, nice dinner and nice breakfast. Well located and clean.

Uma boa opção no centro de Bariloche.
Para quem gosta de se hospedar próximo ao centro, onde há restaurantes, lojas e serviços, é uma ótima opção. Quarto confortável para passar 2 noites, mas não me hospedaria para ficar mais do que isso.

Bom hotel com excelente localização
Hotel com excelente localização perto de tudo no centro de Bariloche. Quarto espaçoso. Aquecimento funcionou bem. Restaurante com comidas boas mas sem opção de escolha para o jantar. Café da manhã mediano e abre tarde (7:30 h), o que dificultava já que teve dias que tínhamos que sair antes das 8:00 h para os passeios. No geral o hotel foi muito bom, especialmente pela localização e conforto.

Pontos positivos - localização excelente - boa indicação para troca de moeda - atendimento com boa cordialidade Pontos negativos - quarto bastante diferente (para pior) das fotos postadas no site - não tinham tapetes para o banheiro (😳😳😳) - algumas toalhas rasgadas - café da manhã muito fraco - vazamento na janela, que molhou várias de nossas coisas - porta do quarto arrastando no chão - porta do banheiro sem possibilidade de trava - checkout até as 10:00 (embora não tenha interferido na nossa estadia, já que saímos às 09:45, é importante que próximos hóspedes tenham ciência) Não recomendamos!
