"The house is even better in real life than on the pictures. The renovation has been amazing, all the bedrooms have their en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is huge and fully equiped. We had an amazing stay! All the beaches are within 20-45 minutes. There are a handful of nice restaurants in Ruffano itself. The supermarket is 5 min away. Everything you need to spend great holidays"

"Beautiful outside area/views/trees and plants. Definitely a place where you will want to spend most of your time outdoors! Appreciated this even more after seeing other properties where gardens were sparse. It felt very private (although there is a property next door - not sure whether this is in use). We spent a lot of time at the property and I found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable towards the end of the stay. Mid-may was cooler and much more windy than I expected."

The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. "Amazing space with large, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and great A/C everywhere. Very nice garden with ripe fruit trees and lovely swimming pool. Property near great beaches. Very friendly, helpful and generous hosts. One potential downside of the property is that it is on a busy road. The property could also benefit from an outdoor seating area and the kitchen from a couple more appliances (e.g. a kettle, a toaster...)"

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...
