Beautiful comfortable hotel in city center. Close to restaurants and city action but quiet. Lovely large room with comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom with all of the amenities. Highly recommend.

We had booked with Hotel Bo but because they were doing renovations we were transferred over to Casa del Alma. Had a terrific stay at this hotel. Not sure why I would want to go to hotel Bo for an extra $70 a night. This place had everything. In particular the people at the front desk were extremely helpful

I have stayed at Casa del Alma 2 times and I love this small boutique hotel. It’s lovely and quiet and the staff is great. The restaurant has great food prepared by the chef and the presentation is always beautiful and very tasty. ( try de chipilin soup) It’s close to the cathedral and the main passages and museums. You can walked everywhere from this location. I definitely recommend it and when I go back to Dan Cristóbal de las casas I will definitely stay there again. It has only 27 suite rooms.

Great Hotel however it could be very noisy. Had to change my room due to the noise. In the room I changed to the air conditioning didn’t cool, I reported it but they didn’t fix it! The people form the hotel are really nice.

There are better options in San Cristobal

We had a terrible bad experience. The hotel is nice and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a gas smell inside the room. It is worrying that the front desk team wasn’t worried about this. At checkout, we agreed with the front desk lady to leave the car parked a few hours more. However, the communication with the parking guy was not clear and he asked us to leave the hotel. He was really rude. It’s a shame that a nice hotel has this kind of service with its clients.
