"Location can’t be beat, location is perfect. Nikolas was a great communicator. Not willing to hate on the place but things need to be tightened up is what I would say. Access steps upstairs being soaked with bleach water everyday was a slippery situation. "

Many dining choices of all types within very easy walking distance. The included parking place is a huge plus in this location as otherwise parking is challenging. "I was expecting a condo, but this is actually a townhouse. There are a ton of stairs! Everything was well-appointed and good quality and clean. The garage was super duper narrow, but we made it work and we were thankful there even was a garage because street parking is hard to find. We loved having the bay to walk to on one side and the beach to walk to on the other. "
