"Unfortunately, there were very high winds so the power company had to shut off the power to the area. We were informed ahead of time and given the option to reschedule, which we declined. They ran a power cord from their generator to the cabin to the heater so we could have a heat source other than the fireplace. As usual, they were very accommodating and the best hosts, ever! Looking forward to coming back for Thanksgiving!!I couldn't believe it, we had 14 turkeys in the front, about 40 various...

"We had a great weekend celebrating my sisters 40th birthday. This house was was perfect. We loved everything about it, especially the big windows! We loved learning the story behind the home and the Littlehale family. It was the perfect get away. Would definitely stay at this home again in the future! "

Be sure to follow the owners directions to the house, not gps, they are different so trust hers. I was nervous arriving after dark, and if the roads were wet or icy it may have been difficult.
