직원분은 친절했습니다. 방은 넓고 가격도 괜찮았어요. 하지만 창문이열리지 않아먼지가많고 3박을 머물렀는데 한번도 방청소가되지않았어요. 조식은 괜찮은편이나 사람이 너무많아서 자리잡기가 힘들었어요.

El hotel está bien, pero le falta limpieza a las alfombras, tiene un olor peculiar. Me dieron un cuarto que olía feo, y al entrar al otro olía igual. Los A/C no son fáciles de controlar, prende caliente y frío cuando quiere.

Guest Service Associate known by his first name-Martin was super nice and helpful. The most patient and understanding person I’ve have ever at a hotel. My family and I felt at home after he assisted us with our stay. May God bless him and give him more. Overall the whole staff was very nice. I would stay here again. Sincerely ~ A world traveler ~

It was decent place to stay when traveling to SD. Had issues several times with their door locks. Each time the handy man said he ‘fixed’ the issue with their new locks, it failed again. Eventually someone was able to make it work. But three trips down to the front desk for a known issue is ridiculous. I even said it was really odd for both let’s to fail when they were kept separately (so didn’t demagnetize) and they still let me run up and down to get someone to come let me in my room.
