Very nice property with a homie feel. The only draw back was I thought the patio and BBQ were right off the house but was not. So access was a bit far away and not what we expected. The only other issue which can't be controlled by the owner was the guests above us. Kids were running around day and night when we were trying to relax.

Noisy upstairs neighbors—you get no sleep!
The location is amazing, but don’t plan to get much sleep. Everyone someone walks in the unit above, the floor creeks horribly. I’m a heavy sleeper and I could not sleep. Highly recommend ear plugs or a noise machine.

Awesome Location
We loved our stay at the mission beach condo! The location was perfect. The place was clean. The management was quick to respond. The only downfall was the parking. We had an expedition and had to back in where the driver had to craw over the passenger seat to get out and still try not to door ding the other car. At one point a pickup and our car could not fit. That's not managements fault but something to keep in mind if you are renting a car. The smaller the better.

This place is absolutely amazing! Check in/out was seamless and the team was veey responsive! Just steps to the sand, and a hreat patio on the boardwalk. Couldnt ask for better at such a great price!

Incredible Location for Families
We had such a wonderful time in Mission Bay. We traveled with our family of 4 (kids age 5 and 8) and my mother in law. Everyone fit well in the space and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It was so much fun send the kids to the water and sand the minute they opened their eyes. They would fall asleep SO well at night because the beach wore them out. We didn’t have to move our vehicle the whole weekend because there were tons of activities and restaurants walking distance from the property. We loved Belmont Park and spent nearly all day there. Condo came stocked with toys, beach towels, chairs and cooking utensils. We would love to rent here again!

Great Vacation Stay
My family greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved being steps from the beach. My toddler thoughly enjoyed the beach toys. The property was nice and clean and exactly as described. The only issue we ran into was the walls are extremely thin. You will hear your neighbors showering, running the dishwasher, vacuuming, dog walking around, etc. We had one issue with music being played too loud at night. After contacting the property manager, they handled the issue and the music was off within 30 mins of alerting the management company. Phenomenal customer service. It's a great vacation property, just be sure to pack a white noise machine!

All you need right on the beach

Less than expected
The online pictures looked better than actual place. The fans that were in the house to use were very dirty and upon first opening the house it smelled stuffy and we were unable to get rid of it. The location was amazing and the apartment had many creature comforts and host was quick to reply.

Great condo on the sand!
My family and I loved our short stay in this great little beach side condo! Well-eqipped and a very short walk (even for this old lady) from Belmont Park and all the little shops around it. And of course the ocean is right there on your doorstep. Parking is very very tight, we had to search out parking nearby. Didn't get any tickets or towed, though, so was just an inconvenience. Will definitely come back and stay longer!

Almost Perfect - Great Stay!
Unit was great. Cracked bathroom tile needs to be repaired as it can be a hazard. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great location. Our only issue was the parking - it should have been made clearer at the time of our reservation that the parking spaces for the two back units were very tight. We had a rental car, and had we been aware that the space was as tight as it was, before we got the final confirmation email the day before we arrived at the unit, we would have rented a smaller vehicle. The original reservation confirmation only states that you must park in the designated spaces only.....We actually ended up parking on the street because there was no way for two larger vehicles (Ford Explorer and minivan) to fit in the assigned spaces. It all worked out but very inconvenient. The folks in the adjacent unit, that had the shared parking told us the same thing. They didn't realize the parking space was so tight until they got their confirmation email. With that being said and knowing what we now know about the parking, we would stay here again.

Great Hosts!
The condo is clean with plenty of extras. The location is great - just 2 blocks or so from the boardwalk where all the shops and fun can be had. They have sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogy board, surf board, beach towels, board games, cards, books, whatever you need. WiFi, Roku TV, and cable TV. Lots of supplies to keep you going with trash bags, soaps, cleaners, foil, blankets, pillows, etc. Parking is right in front of the unit for easy loading and unloading and keeping track of your vehicle while you're there. I will say you must have a compact car to fit. Our Yukon did not fit with someone parked next to us, but we were able to park on the southside of the building. Just be sure to leave your name, unit #, and cell # in case anyone needs to move as it is tandem parking. Staff kept in contact with us throughout via text, which was nice and helpful. Great place, great location!

This was everything we had hoped for- if only the weather had been better! Best thing is to rent a compact car because the space is tight. Property Managers were responsive and great to deal with- would rent again!

Staying for a few days and wanted to be near the beach…steps away which was great. Nice location in relation to restaurants and grocery store. Parking was no problem since other reviewers mentioned rent a smaller car. Be careful of a cracked ceramic tile on the bathroom floor if you go barefoot.

Lovely condo on the beach
This was our first VRBO stay and could not have been more pleased. The location was right on the beach, could not get any closer. The management was very attentive to our needs. The site was very clean and comfortable. Would we stay here again, yes most definitely!!

Great location, great host communication
It is steps from the beach . Steps from Belmont park . My family enjoys exploring an area by foot. We purposely find locations that we don’t need to do any driving for food and entertainment. This was perfect . We spent 5 nights and never ran out of options in entertainment and food options . The host was very responsive to needs . The VRBO is clean and safe.
