This is a Beautiful Renovated Condo located on the quiet Street of Diamond at the beach! Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants, bars and shopping . The condo overlooks the beach, and boardwalk. Great ocean views from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. One private balcony with furniture off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and or morning coffee looking out at the ocean.
The condo is centrally located to San Diego County's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar and much more.
Amenities: This is a stand alone condo with no one above you or on the side of you very private, that includes 2 private Assigned parking spot.

There is a Pack n Play available, 2 New Bikes, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen Televisions, (2) Beach Chairs(2), (3) Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryer.

When you arrive all Towels will be cleaned and put away all Bed sheets will be cleaned and on Beds ready for you to have a great time in Pacific Beach!

This is a family owned and operated Beach Condo. This Condo Complex is a quiet, no loud partying allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!
I also have another condo on the water that is located walking distance. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo with Balcony With Chairs To Enjoy the View.

Note: I am charging less than other comparable properties with a goal to rent out the condos more often.

Family Time
We enjoyed the many amenities within walking distance. The complex was clean, the condo itself was comfy and the locals were very friendly. Our favorite part was walking to/on the beach in the early morning hours ~ the location is wonderful. A great place for a family get away ~ Thank you!

A gem in Pacific Beach!
This is a basic, clean, well maintained, quiet home in a terrific location. It was cold for half of our stay but we enjoyed sitting on the couch, gazing at the water, and watching all the activity (surfers, skaters/bikers, people, and dogs) coming & going to the beach when we were at ‘home’. Property manager Juan is a gem & did a great job orienting us to the property and helping us with anything we needed. Easy access from Mission Blvd made going to San Diego and oLa Jolla a breeze. We will be back!

Great place with an Ocean View at a decent price!
Condo is perfect for a beach getaway. Has everything you need to enjoy your time in PB. Owner was very responsive. I let him know one of the bikes they provide had a rusty chain that kept falling off and he sent someone out to have it replaced the same day. Would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic location with parking at the beach
Clean. Carpet and bathrooms could use updating but acceptable for a beach place. A few minor hiccups quickly dealt with by the excellent manager. The resident living below is proud of his stereo, but I went and knocked on the door and asked nicely, and I didn't hear it again through checkout 4 days later.

Great Pacific Beach Location
The location is perfect and parking spot was appreciated. We found the unit clean, with comfortable beds and good kitchen space. It was super quiet at night, even with windows open. We appreciated the shared washer and dryer ($1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry) as we were traveling with two young children. The unit could use some updates, but overall the host definitely showed he cared about making your stay easy (coffee, fresh bars of soap, lots of towels, etc).

Great location, less than a block from the beach. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook. Nice to have onsite laundry; remember to bring coins!

Superbowl weekend
Perfect spot to walk to evrything. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels. Bikes were great wish they had 4 though. Kitchen table chairs need replaced and i would recommend a bigger TV. Had evrything we needed. So close to beach it was GREAT!! PEFECT FOR FAMILY OF 6.

Convenient crash pad with a great balcony
Spent the week here with my husband, adult daughter and her friend. It was great to have the balcony to look out at the ocean, which is just a few steps away. The location is great! The house is just ok. It was pretty dirty when we arrived. The floor turned our socks black. The cabinets had dried egg in them. Not great. The beds in the second bedroom don’t allow easy access to the closet. The primary bathroom has water damage on the wall of the shower and the carpets are stained. The kitchen table is too small for more than two people to eat at and the chairs are wobbly and ready to break. But, the beds are comfy! If you’re looking for a crash pad, this will do just fine!

The place was nicer than the pictures display. The beds were very comfy and the living room was a great place to hang out. Close walk to the beach as well. I expected it to be noisier but it was very quiet. I would stay there again for sure.

Great location, lovely apartment, clean, well equipped. Communication with owner was prompt and immediate response. Getting in and out was seamless. Also two parking spots are a bonus esp on Pac Beach! Everything was close by and access to the beach was the best part! Great stay!

Summer beach trip
A short walk to a well kept beach thats great for surfing. Convenient location to restaurants and surf board rentals. Beware of the steep driveway as we had to enter/ exit at a 45 deg angle to avoid scraping bottom of our sedan. Beach gear and access to washer/ dryer was nice to have. Traffic noise can be heard with bedroom windows open. My teen boys asked when we can return. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and in a great location. You can see the ocean from inside and out on the balcony. The furniture is comfortable and the master shower is strong and at a tall height (yes this is a thing). I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again.
