"Our stay and breakfast was ok. The room was spaceous and comfortable, and it has hot water. Hotel personel was kind and helpful. The concierge at front carelessly handled my luggage which fell from the push cart that hit the Grab's car right-rear fender due to uneven street curve. He was in a rush."
