The front desk guy was more then accommodatable Very nice

The property is well situated- and the staff was very helpfull

We booked a luxury room with balcony with a view of the Rialto Bridge. However, the hotel only has two rooms like this - one room with green decor, which is featured heavily on the website and a second with Red decor. For the first few nights of our stay we were in the 'red' room. The website description of this class of luxury room is 215ft2, with wardrobe and dressing table. The 'red' room is much smaller perhaps about 120ft2 and just wide enough for you to squeeze past the bed. There is no wardrobe or drawers to store clothes. Whilst the view from the balcony is magnificent, the hotel should not be classing both these rooms together. The red room is adequate with a great view, but certainly not luxury .... even for Venice.

Great location and staff at this hotel. Right in the heart of everything you want access to in Venice. This was my second time staying here and hope to be back soon

Very close to the train station. The place is very clean and they provide breakfast in the morning
