The hotel clearly used to be an apartment complex that was cheaply renovated to serve as a hotel. The stay was fine, and for the price I cant really complain, but my room felt damp and overall I wasnt too found of the bulilding. The worst part, to no fault of the hotel and its staff, was the condition of the streets around the hotel, which felt unsafe to walk around. Being inside the hotel felt very safe however, for what its worth. The staff were the best part about the stay, very attentive and responsive.

my partner and i will be staying here again! we didn’t need much since we spent most of our time out of the hotel, but the service was very nice, and the hotel was clean and generally quiet. we did have some nosey neighbors but there’s not much you can do to control that. it’ the hotel is nearby lots of cafes so breakfast and lunch was super convenient!

Asal is a very professional and caring person. She is a wonderful manager. The rest of the staff was questionable. The rooms are large and spacious. Wonderful closet space and the bathrooms are huge with great water pressure.

Requested several times to clean the room as it was a stay for 4 nights and was told that they people who checked out was priority first, for new check in and when if they get a chance they will clean room. They cleaned it the 3rd day after asking the cleaning staff, then the young lady took a few of my jewelry, as if I wouldn't notice the next day.

For the price this hotel is well a visit. Not far from cable cars and Fisherman's wharf as well as pick up area for tours of San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge.
