If you're looking for frills and extras this is NOT the place for you. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place with a friendly, accommodating staff then you will love it here! Close to downtown and a lot of places were in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

This property had very limited parking on a first come first serve basis. If you did not get a spot in the lot, you had to street park and it could be blocks away.

The man at the front desk was very friendly. The free parking is great. The area around the hotel was quiet and there’s a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. The cleaning staff were friendly as well. The only downside is that the rooms don’t get ventilation. So after a hot shower, the room will feel moist. I was unable to open the windows due to it being close shut. There was also a hole on the bathroom door. I made sure to take a picture so I don’t get charged. Overall great hotel to stay at and will stay again in the future.

We were greeted by Biden Mahida, the General Manager; allowed us to check into our room 3 hours early. Free parking. The king size beds were very comfortable and the room was neat and spacious for all four of us. Great restaurants right around the corner and very safe and walkable area. Will book again.

Nice staff, ideal location, structured parking, well-furniture and has a modern motel look. It is located in the heart of the main touristic San Francisco. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with 2 adults. The rooms were clean but it is outdated, we only stayed one night. We felt safe at this hotel because there was good lighting outside our rooms and cameras everywhere. The front desk gentleman was also very friendly but it smelled strongly of spices when I walked in. Parking was plenty and easy to access. They had elevators to get to the 3rd floor so that was nice. The location was really good since we were able to walk to different restaurants and also to the SF Symphony for the LalaLand show.

The property has been remodeled recently and I’m Sure it was an improvement, unfortunately the new management doesn’t pay attention to details.. the rooms smell Like cigarettes (I tried 2 rooms), the carpet is not looking clean, the toilet has brown rings around the water line, the shower looks dirty, the chair in my room was disgusting.. I don’t know where all the good reviews come from. I will not stay here again.
