Nice property, with beautiful views off the escarpment. Nice pool and restaurant.
Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades, for example our main door wouldn’t open very well due to it binding on the floor. Drainage in our shower stall was slow, so there were concerns of water overflow into the washroom.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. There are some areas that could use some attention - tissues and wash cloths should be provided, bed comforters should be better laundered, cob webs in the corners of the room, dining room lighting should be dimmed at night...
These are very simple things to improve upon that would definitely enhance your guests experience. Overall, this is a very nice affordable hotel with amazing views and LOVE the free shuttle transportation to Sorrento. Grazie for an unforgettable visit!!!

We LOVED Hotel Capri - the staff was wonderful, the pool was so nice and quiet and the rooms were super cute.
It is a very short walk to the center of Sorrento where all the bars, restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the noise from all that. We would highly recommend this hotel. :-)
