"The property itself is great; the rooms are spacious and clean, with a refrigerator in the room, which is always a plus. It is located across the street from the SJCC, which is the reason I selected it, however what really makes this hotel stand out is its staff. Erika literally went above and beyond to assist with an important business presentation and she could not have been more accommodating with making sure I had everything I needed under immense time constraints. I would certainly stay here on future trips and recommend it to other business travelers. "
