"The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were truly amazing — always checking in to see if we needed anything, We especially enjoyed the 4th of July celebration and the food that evening — it was definitely the highlight of the trip! A couple of notes: the sofa in our room felt a bit outdated, and some of the bathroom toiletries weren’t securely installed and were falling apart. Also, the buffet at O was just okay — we much preferred dinner at the other three restaurants. Despite those small things, the experience overall was great, and I’d definitely come back again. The location is right on the water, across the street from convenience stores, and walking distance to a supermarket. Downtown San Jose feels very cozy and the drive to San Lucas is gorgeous.
