A basic hotel good for a quick one night stay. The staff were very helpful but the charging plugs in the room didnt work and the space for breakfast is so small and so crowded we didnt bother staying

The power went off in the middle of the night 4 times, and when the power goes off there’s this obnoxious emergency light that lights up your whole room. It woke me up every time and I couldn’t sleep. Walls were thin, showers were horrible and the hair dryer didn’t work. Staff was nice atleast.

When I am in San Jose I usually stay at Cultura Plaza Hotel. It's great with fine dinning restaurants, lots of activities and great shopping within walking distance.

We had a great stay here. The receptionist was extremely helpful for information and his English was fantastic. The breakfast was also very good. We didn’t really feel safe in San Jose so it was nice to have a safe place to go back to. Would definitely recommend

Central modern in San Jose
A good modern style hotel in central San Jose. Room was excellent for arrival or stop overs. Staff were not that friendly. The breakfast is included. But the issue is time. Most of guests were being picked up at 0700 and breakfast starts then. All that is offered is a juice or coffee and small roll to take away.

Jose, the front desk agent was great. He was very informative with all/any questions we had. The location was perfect for my purpose. The hotel was very clean along with the rooms. The only slight negative is that it can be noisy. All in all, i will be back.

This is a very basic accommodation in central San Jose. The room we had had no windows, there is no coffee maker or other amenities. Breakfast was included in their lobby cafe and is made to order. The big downside is that there is no nearby parking. You have to go to the 6th St El Colloso parking lot which is a 10 minute walk and it's about $30 to park overnight. The location is pretty central, right next to the pedestrian walks with shopping and dining.
