"Very safe spot with security all night. In my case the room was very clean. No bugs. Room #6 on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I believe the rooms have newly been built so they're modern.theres a restaurant inside so food/drinks are always available. Breakfast was included and also very good. Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. All in all, no complaints 10/10. Will be back there on my next trip! "

"Great place, nice surroundings, literally few minutes walk to the beach. Henry, the owner, is definitely doing everything to make the place friendly and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and free "all day" breakfast at Iguana bar. The only not exactly positive thing to mention was loud music from a restaurant on the beach (they have live music on weekends), but I think you would hear it in the radius of at least half a mile, so no matter what hotel you choose, weekend nights are not going to be quiet in San Juan del Sur. "

"I recently stayed at this fantastic 2-bedroom apartment and couldn't be happier. Each bedroom had its own TV, and the common areas were air-conditioned. All appliances were new and in excellent condition. The view from the room was stunning, and the small pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. Overall, a comfortable and luxurious stay. Highly recommended!"
