CS6- Open Space Colonial Studio -Sleeps 2

Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The neighborhood wasn’t bad either but we were told by our Uber drivers to only go in and out of the apartment with Uber and not walk around late at night. Its not really walking distance to a lot of places but overall nice apartment. I did find the additional fees a little much. $25 for not throwing out your own garbage or washing your dishes, not a bid deal but just my opinion.

Lots of loud street noises and other guests before 7 am on Saturday. Nothing in the "efficiency" apartment, not even ice. And there is a sign posted in the kitchen that you must wash your dishes BEFORE you use them. No coffee.

First trip to PR
The property is well done up and kept up with. When we arrived one of the personnel was there and finishing up but she offered to help bring our bags up. We declined but her hospitality and friendliness left an impression from the get go. Giancarlo guide and instructions made check in and check out a breeze. The property is centrally situated but not within walking distance, ubering or having a rental is a must. We ubered but if you rent a car there is parking right in front of the property. Most of the ubers we took were between $11-$20 and we traveled to la placita, condado and viejo san juan. If we go back we will definitely stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality.

We spent 5 days in San Juan and this location and property were perfect. It's the perfect little apartment for two. We had everything we needed...a comfortable bed, refrigerator/freezer, stove, and a hot shower with the perfect water pressure. Everything the host said would be provided, was exactly as promised. Seamless check in/check out. A nice balcony to relax in the evening. The neighborhood is located within walking distance of stores and restaurants. We rented a car to get to the different, beautiful beaches, but did a lot of walking otherwise during the day and in the evening. We will definitely return to stay here our next visit! Giancarlo was responsive, thorough and kind from the moment we booked online until the very end of our trip. PS Would love for him to consider adding a hot tub somewhere on the property to soak and relax after exploring the island :-)

Great place. We didnt realize but big emphasis on ONE ROOM ONLY. its a studio essentially but nonetheless it was great, we werent there much as we were out exploring but its super close to everything the neighborhood can seem quite intimidating but everyone is so welcoming and you have good food within walking distance. They were so helpful and sent many recommendations on where to eat. Nonetheless no complaints it was a great stay!

The stay was fantastic. Room was just as pictured. It is a couple minutes away from touristy San Juan but nothing more than a couple minutes away by car. Just keep in mind that the bathroom is quite small especially the shower. Absolutely loved the stay. Giancarlo, the host, was very responsive. Would definitely book again! Note: Don’t be the person to lock everyone on the people try. Do NOT lock the gate from the inside!

Upon arrival we were very pleased to see that the VRBO looked the same as our picture and our driver had no problems finding the place. When we entered the room we did notice it looked slightly different then the room booked but that was only the colors of room and everything else was the same. We definitely recommend this VRBO if you’re looking for a cozy spot that’s affordable and close to SanJuan and Condado. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I will say that the shower is very small but we never showered without hot water which felt great. Another huge plus of staying at casa Sagrado Is great AC! Giancarlo’s was friendly and answered any questions we may of had about our stay. Overall will most definitely recommend this stay and me and my wife believe it deserves the 5 star rating being given.

First time in Puerto Rico
Had a very fun trip to Puerto Rico with my sister. We enjoyed the proximity that we had to most of the locations we wanted to visit. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The only thing that we had issues way was the noise. Lots of construction going on around the area so you might lose a bit of time trying to sleep, so just keep that in mind.

Casa Sagrado was perfect for a couples retreat, close to old San Juan and the amazing connectivity to highways with parking space. Excellent food and activity recommendations from the host. The room we stayed is perfect for two with minimal luggage.
