Not worth the hype. We choose for entertainment and amenities options, however you cannot even see the love entertainment of you do not buy a table in front of stage. You pay the resort fee and hotel cost for nothing. No entertainment, completely opened to public, beach area full of non resort guest. Would not book again , but it is due to our experience in comparison. Pools were beautiful. The adults only section was as big as a kids splash pond, right across was the all swim up bar pool, so our kids were swimming with guest in thongs lol

The jewel of Isla Verde. Location makes for a short trip to Airport. Its grand lobby,crescent shaped beach, and expansive grounds are something to behold. If you want to relax or party this is your place.

Disappointing Stay at Fairmont Hotel I was looking forward to my stay at the Fairmont Hotel, given its reputation for luxury and exceptional service, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Once I got to my room, I was disappointed to find that it was not as clean as it should have been. lack of basic amenities that one would expect from a hotel of this caliber for example the baby crip that we ask for which was not clean. On the second night the people staying in the room next to ours had issues and the man was banging on the door for hrs trying to get in, we contacted front desk to report it nothing was done about it they only answer we will contact security. Lastly, the noise levels with the issue that was happening ended being quite disruptive for our new born sleep, we decided to check out. Overall, my experience at the Fairmont Hotel was disappointing, and I expected much more from a hotel of its standing. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.
