The staff was over the top amazing! Our room was good other than my grandson could not run barefoot because the floors were a bit dirty. He's only 16 months. Would of liked to have transportation availability but we did fine. Everyone loved the pool and the beach area. Thanks for the amazing memories we got to make there in PR!!! See you next time!

Rooms were nice however limited control to the air due to people cutting it off so at nights the room would b freezing cold. Also the pool wa down during our stay and elevator was getting stuck in levels so we had to use the stairs up to the 5th floor with a kiddo. Staff was super friendly and nice

Horrible experience. The room smelled nothing but cigarettes and smoke in the room the entire night. I had to boil coffee beans to try to mask the smell. I told the receptionist they did nothing. Woke up nauseous and my throat hurting it was so strong. Will never stay there.

This was a really difficult hotel to rate. We arrived just after Tropical Storm Ernesto. Parts of the hotel smelled like mildew. One of our bathrooms reaked of sulfur. We had to remind the front desk several times about cleaning our room. At times towels were dirty. The decor was nice, the coffee shop was lovely. However, the pool area wasn’t cleaned on one occasion- there were over a dozen towels thrown all over a table that no one picked up. The staff was cordial - Hector was the best! For what we spent, I expected a lot more.
