The property had a nice pool, but the Sister property across the street had a great swim up bar pool and access to the beach which we really enjoyed. The food was good at the restaurant however they do need more staff

Great location and overall customer service. Diane was amazing and she made our stay that much better. We would gladly return and stay here again. Friendly staff overall every time we walked in. As far as location, very walkable to many restaurants and short uber trips to most of where we went. Loved having access to the sister hotel for their pool and private beach. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We would absolutely come back! Our room was spacious and clean. Perfect size for our family of 3. We were able to use the facilities across the street with ease via the connecting walkway in the 2nd FL. Bonus that they had a Starbucks on the first floor. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and also SJU airport.

Perfect walkable location. You also get access to the pool across the street, which has a swim up bar! My patio had the lagoon view and it was perfect. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. One small hiccup upon check-in which Juan was able to resolve pretty quickly for us.
