It is a very cute place. We were close to many restaurants and the beach. If we wanted we could have walked to La Placita. I have been to Puerto Rico before and stayed at hotels but I do like places like this where you feel like home. Definitely we will book it again.

First things first, Angel was the nicest host I’ve ever had for a hotel stay and was very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and came with many surprising amenities such as bikes, a kitchen with many items for use like sun screen, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and not to mention it is within a 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. Also has an outdoor shower to use with body wash after a long sandy day at the beach and many brunch spots within the area. I recommend you try La Coffeetera in the morning. This hotel made my trip a lot more enjoyable.

Good communication even before check-in. Angel is amazing. Greeted us at the property and was helpful throughout our time in San Juan referring to tours and suggesting spots to check out. You can hear the noise coming from the common areas so just be mindful but it wasn’t a big problem for us. The electricity was out for half of the day in the first day but since we were out exploring it didn’t really bother us. Overall great stay for the price! Would recommend

Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach. The room is basic and bathroom is tiny, good for short stay. There is street noise, especially on Saturday night, we couldn't sleep there. You can hear people in next rooms too.

This hotel was exactly as advertised. We felt this was an excellent value. The property is secure. We felt very safe in the hotel & neighborhood and had an excellent time!!! Angel was fantastic at communicating and we really felt valued as guests. This place is right by the beach & the hotel has an outdoor shower so you don’t have to worry about tracking sand into your room. This was a very walkable neighborhood with lots of fantastic restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.
