We’ve worked with love on this terrace for over 20 years, and it now features a lush garden filled with tropical plants such as bougainvillea, hibiscus, palm trees and dracaena. A refreshing air free shower on terrasse surrounded by flowers, lounge chairs for sunbathing or star gazing and the sea awaits you a few steps from the condo.
The finest Penthouse view on Isla Verde beach. This top floor penthouse is half exterior and half interior. The exterior private garden terrasse has a view from all façades, from the lagoon to the city to the mountains and a spectacular view of the planes landing in the distance. You will enjoy a breathtaking sunset on the terrasse. During the holiday new year, you can literally see at least 100 separate fireworks exhibitions at once from the roof top terrasse. .- truly magical!-,
It has bedrooms with beach view: The apartement has one bathroom, two rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer and towels.
The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh systeme internet acces inside and on the terrasse. Beds side by side for flexability give the size of a king bed. Iron, ironing board.
The kitchen is completely equiped for your creative recipes: Expresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, small oven.
Facilities included in the condominium: swimming pool, washing and drying machines on every second floor, 24/7 security guards.
The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.

For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.


A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo. Dollar rent a car

Its hard to pick, but the roof terrace is amazing. Its so calming, especially after a hot day at the beach and to sit and enjoy your dinner with that view. Great Location- Nice apartment
Ideal location in Isla Verde. Owner, Sylvie, and the manager, Juan, had perfect communication before and during the stay. Easy and problem-free check-in. Roof top is great, especially with a nice ocean breeze. Without the breeze it can get hot during the day. The building is dated and the elevators seem slow- the hallway waiting for the elevator has poor ventilation and can get very warm. The living room on hot days needs to have the windows open and fans running or it is too hot. The bedrooms had working AC and were comfortable. Pool is ok. On-site parking is secure. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay - year two and I’ll be back
The location is perfect, right on the beach. And what makes it unique is the rooftop garden, which has both sun and shade. The owner Sylvie and property manager Juan are both responsive and excellent hosts. I stayed a month and will be back next year too!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our short visit to San Juan. This was a great place to stay, and Juan was super helpful. Views from the rooftop terrace are awesome -- we were up there every night! A perfect location for many activities, and the parking garage with an assigned spot helps too. One thing to know -- air-conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms. It was pretty hot and muggy when we were visiting, so we had to keep the bedroom doors closed to have the A/C work efficiently (and provide a nice cool room for sleeping).

Paradise
The views and the rooftop terrace are spectacular. We spent the evenings up there watching the clouds roll in and drop rain. Sylvie has made sure that everything you could possibly need is available. Juan was also a great host. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Great place, location, as pictured.
The property is on the non-beach side of the building but still has great views of Isla Verde beach. The walk out is right to a great stretch of beach with a couple of restaurants on the ground floor of the building and a CVS down the street. Rooftop garden was beautiful. Had a great week.

I can't say enough about the location of this property. It's on one of the best beaches on the island. Safe, secure and has all you need nearby. The apartment has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop views are simply spectacular. We highly recommend.

Winter Getaway
We had an excellent stay and Juan was amazing. We had some flight delays that caused us to get in very late, but Juan met us at the propert with a big smile and showed us around. The property is in very good condition and the building is well kept and secured. The rooftop patio got a lot of use for us. When we come back, we will look to rent here first.

Amazing
We were so excited to finally get away, and our stay here was amazing! The location is perfect, great restaurant downstairs, and the private terrace is just gorgeous, not to mention being just steps away from a beautiful beach. We just had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Juan the Property Manager was great! We communicated easily by text or phone calls. Luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay but I know he would have helped us if we did. The security at the condo was good & we felt very safe there & in the surrounding areas. The condo was as it appears in the pictures. Obviously the terrace is the main reason to stay here! The beds were comfortable & the A/C worked well in the bedrooms. There is “city noise” outside but I think you would hear that in any hotel or condo in the area. You can’t hear surrounding neighbors in the condo units at all. We would stay here again!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here! As others have noted it is a little dated, but the location, beach access, and terrace more than made up for that. Juan was awesome! He checked on us several times and made sure we were good! The only other thing worth mentioning is there is no a/c in the living room(but there is always a breeze coming in) but the bedroom units were nice and cold!

Million dollar sunsets
The place was as advertised. Juan Luis the property manager met us and gave us a tour and had the place ready for us. House was well stocked with beach and pool equipment, even toys for the kids. Roof top terrace can’t be beat. Located on one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico and there is an excellent restaurant/ bar downstairs where we ate breakfast lunch and dinner.

Everything about our stay here was fabulous! Juan is so amazing and helpful. He’s truly a ray of sunshine and genuinely wanted us to have the grandest adventure and a place to call home for the week. Every detail has been thought out by Juan and Sylvie. The views are breathtaking, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable. A real gem in a prime location owned and managed by trustworthy, prompt, professional yet feel like friends- folks! An absolute 10/10 and would give them more! Paradise on the beach!
We were so happy with our stay at this property, and can't wait to return! We were 4 adult women there for 6 nights. As first time visitors to San Juan, we found this beautiful property to be perfectly situated on the beach of Isla Verde and accessible to the rest of San Juan and the overall island. Juan, the super, was friendly and attentive. He helped us get situated and was flexible with our check-in & check-out timelines. This property was exactly as listed, if not better. We absolutely loved our time there and would return.

Felt like home
As natives to Puerto Rico we were wanting a place with the commodities of the mainland such as dish washer, AC, reliable internet and this place did not disappoint. We had an amazing time with family who came to enjoy the beautiful view the property has to offer. Juan was very thorough with the tour and when he said “ this is your home be comfortable in it” they weren’t just words but he truly meant it. We were impressed that a few days later he checked in to ensure our stay was going smooth. We will definitely be considering this place our home away from home when we return.
